Swan Protocol Launches First Non-Custodial AI Wealth Agent on Robinhood Chain

Autonomous portfolio management meets tokenized assets: Users retain full custody while AI agents rebalance 24/7

Swan Protocol, a decentralized wealth management platform, today announced the mainnet launch of its autonomous AI agent system on Robinhood Chain, enabling users to manage tokenized equities, crypto, and T-Bills without surrendering custody.

Unlike traditional robo-advisors that require asset transfers, Swan operates through smart contract vaults where users deposit funds, sign EIP-712 intent policies defining risk parameters, and grant AI agents delegated trading rights—but never withdrawal permissions. The agent continuously monitors the proprietary SWAN Score, a 0-100 composite signal synthesizing volatility, trend, drawdown velocity, leverage, and macro events, to trigger regime-aware rebalancing.

"We've solved the custody paradox in automated wealth management," said Swan Protocol's founding team. "Users want intelligent, 24/7 portfolio optimization, but they shouldn't have to trust a third party with their keys. Swan's agents can rebalance within your limits but can't touch your principal."

Key innovations include:

  • Non-custodial architecture: Contract-enforced caps prevent agents from withdrawing funds
  • Insured base yield: Idle capital earns ~7% APY via Morpho lending (Lloyd's/RELM insured)
  • Flight-to-safety automation: Gradual rotation into tokenized T-Bills during volatility spikes
  • 24/7 operation: Responds to after-hours market events in real time

Swan currently manages $2M+ across 300+ vaults and supports 200+ tokenized assets. Cross-chain expansion to Arbitrum and Base is planned for Q3 2025.
